I have worked as a magazine stylist for many years, mostly with ACP, and the
Australian Women's Weekly. I started out in the business thanks to the late Stan Zemanek, who appreciated my skills and was kind enough to introduce me to the former editor, Deborah Thomas. She in turn was generous enough to give me a go, having had no experience at all, other than as a wedding stylist, and I began many happy years working with this wonderful magazine.
I specialised in craft projects and produced many stories over the years which covered Christmas, Easter, Weddings, babies, flowers and more. Here is a sample of the work I created.
