I haven't yet re-posted a post I've read elsewhere until now. Not that I haven't been tempted. There are always countless posts I read on a daily basis I would happily just cut and paste onto mine as they are so gorgeous and worth sharing, but I've been too keen to create my own from scratch, and thoroughly enjoying the process. But I saw this room while ploughing through my emails today and it was so heavenly in every way imaginable I couldn't bare not to show you.
This is the gorgeous home of Style at Home contributing design editor Christine Hanlon, who recently updated her living and dining room with this refreshing, stylish and sunny makeover. For details visited the link. I think it's absolute perfection. Don't you?

Oh yes, I would be very happy in that room. My children would be ecstastic, however and all that lovely white and neat arrangements would suffer terrribly. x
ReplyDeleteWell I guess it isn't the home of someone with young children!
ReplyDeleteBut the fabrics are quite wonderful, and I love that tortoiseshell bamboo (or I think that is what it is) coffee table.
Yes I do think thats perfection...omg love love love it! Love the colors, the soft grays, creams and yellows are so soothing and welcoming. Glad you shared, its too good not to!
ReplyDeleteWell... I think it was worth a re-post!!
ReplyDeleteBeautifully done, lots of flowers and a wonderful color scheme!
Melinda, replace the gray with some blue and I am so there. It is so lovely. If you read my post today you will see what a room has to have in it for me to get the feel of what I love. There are many of the elements in the above rooms. Love it!!! Worth reposting, thanks for sharing, Kathysue
ReplyDeleteThe jars of flowers are simply divine. Simple and elegant wins every time.
