Our former country life - Part 3

For the bedrooms of our industrial-country property, I reverted to my traditional roots as much as possible. Our bedroom was open plan, based on a design we  saw on our honeymoon at the Royal Davui resort in Fiji. Behind the bed was a wonderful floral wallpaper backdrop, with metallic beige, gold, black and cream.

The beadhead was covered in an oatmeal French linen.

Our  black leather Barcelona chair, from Matt Blatt, was a great contrast to the traditional elements.

This stunning mother of pearl chandelier, bought at Caravan Interiors in Bondi, was one of my favourite things about the house.

Our open plan bathroom featured a floating vanity with mirrored mosaic splashback and Caesarstone benchtops. 

The open plan wardrobe was opposite the bathroom with plenty of storage and open shelves.
